Change is one of the only constants in our work. How well the change has been designed is the key to making it effective to achieve the outcomes you want. We will examine the factors that make people resistant to change and a design framework that delivers significant change successfully. Participants will leave with strategies make change initiatives inclusive getting the buy in of colleagues, employees, clients, and customers.
