Karen LaPlant and Zala Fashant presented a 3-hour deep dive, Designing Effective Teaching and Significant Learning, the title of the book of a team of author colleagues have written being published by Stylus this fall. A full room of participants from K-12, college and universities whose jobs included faculty, instructional designers, administrators actively participated by sharing their experiences in course design. Participants told us they enjoyed the information presented as they reflected on their own courses.
