Designing Effective Learning and Significant Learning – A Blueprint for Success! 

Faculty and instructional designers know the importance of delivering quality courses. Participants will analyze their own courses to apply the elements of designing quality courses, use hands-on materials to integrate course design and develop the alignment of course outcomes, assessments and learning activities. Moreover, course design has evolved beyond integrating the course design so participants will apply additional elements of developing a course design blueprint starting with the alignment and develop plans for course communication, discuss creating learning materials to meet ADA accessibility requirements for all learners, integrate appropriate learning technology and assess course design quality to deliver significant learning.
