FreeReflection to Perfection – Forward-Looking Teaching Design

Participants will discuss how reflection plays a key role in the Cycle of Course Design to deliver course perfection! By self-assessing current practice, participants will learn strategies to redesign courses, develop significant learning alignment, assess course quality and student learning, and meet their program and institutional outcomes.
Inclusivity in Action: Is Your Learning Designed for Introverts and Extraverts?

Course designers must analyze students’ and instructor’s characteristics to move between extraversion to introversion and develop an awareness of how to use introvert or extravert skills. This session discusses the design of inclusive courses to provide these skills through learning activities and assessments in order for all learners to succeed.
